... but not touch all the sets and costumes. They showed the evolution of how the Daleks and cyber men have changed since the 60s which I found pretty cool and there was even a tutorial video showing how to walk as a cyber man. ... Visited the city centre which isn't particularly memorable and spent a day walking the coastal path from Newport to Cardiff. It was nice to stride out in the sunshine and get a bit of exercise though it isn't the most inspiring part of the coastal path network. ... castle that stands today is still downright impressive. The castle area is surrounded by walls and there are still some original parts of the castle area standing. Including the royals residence and and the motte, which is a tower-like structure on a high hill (very steep slopes) surrounded by a mote.
