    Baseball camp wasn't on today as the kids had a late night. We organised to go visit some sights of Sacramento with the Frenchs. First stop was the Capitol.     ... and it was dry and silent. The guards let me go all the way up to the entrance, which was normally only allowed if you were visiting an inmate. It helped I was English. It was still a little scary though. There are 3200 inmates in there today.

    ... into our gorgeous friend Genevieve(our goon bag) we found the mystical rope swing. Many face plants and a **** load of beers later we started trying to wrestle the ducks to no avail.
