... acted so ****** ok the front seat telling the driver to focus on the road ahead and Tara is trying to find it why so much and make story with him. It was so strange. In the end she gave him 50 and saiid do I get change. He fully gave her 30 dirham back! Sooo strange- we just got out and hurried home. LoL What a crazy day walking through the medina ...

... gave the baby goat for Debbie to cuddle got a very large baksheesh. In future I will ensure Debbie has small change.

The taxi folk were annoyed when we decided to walk to hotel. Google maps is great. Local SIM card with 1Gb data, MAD100 (AUD$14) 1 month. Carrier INWI but Maroc Telecom is also OK.

Advised to try the grill place near the harbour. Fresh seafood. Hotel staff said #14 stall is the best. ...

A picnic under the olive trees made a wonderful end to our ride across the high plain and an end to our mountains.

Our final ride in Morocco was along the coast near Essaoira, with wonderful views of the ocean and the coastline. I was a still a bit under the weather from a virus, so an easy ride had me going quite slowly, but I was pleased to ride the entire 50 km.

... cousin Ishan persuaded Jeremy to try on the desert clothes and the purple turban which quite suited him. Aziz was keen to visit us after locking up shop, saying he would bring some aniseed liqueur from his village, and that Ishan would bring his guitar.

... dirt / western town streets I have become accustomed to over the last days. The real highlight of the day was, however, the smell of trees. I hadn’t realised how wonderful they smell, especially the apricot orchards and jasmine in the delta approaching Agadir. The air was filled with a thick incense of flowers, and it was the most amazing fragrance I have ever experienced.
