Bald hatten wir den Grossraum Stockholm hinter uns gelassen und fuhren durch eine sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Landschaft immer wieder unterbrochen durch einen See oder eines der klassischen schwedischen Holzhäuser. Öland Island Walk and Finspång
... on the shores of the Baltic back on the mainland, we headed north to Finspång. A very long but experience-packed day ended with the best salmon dinner of the trip in Finspång with our local walking friends Åke and Lillemor, then an after-dinner 5 km walk through delightful Finspång. Needless to say, even though the day was long, it was still light when we finished about 9:45 pm!

Lovely Sweden, lovely people
Hello everyone! Thought I would quickly do an update, since we have not checked in, ion a while. We are fully immersed in Sweden. We had a lovely stay in Motala with our friend's Niclas's parents and now have arrived in Stockholm, where we will be until our return home. I will post some more pictures and some stories in a while!

Wrapping things up in Sverige
... warm day so we had a great time. We went to the park and my friends skateboarded on the ramp. It was nice to get out of Linkoping for the day and enjoy some nice company. Also, Norrkoping is so beautiful..the city is completely surrounded by water. So great. It's so sad to watch my friends leave every day but I'm looking forward to going home as well.I'll always have the great memories I made with them. :)

Der fünfzehnte Tag: Schloss Gripsholm
E.D.: wir hatten kein Internet in unserem Hotel, deshalb verspätet.
Schloss Gripsholm ist wunderbar, sehr beeindruckend, Bilder folgen.
War schon 2008 mit der Familie da, das lohnt sich sehr.
Und Mariefred, das dazugehörige Städtchen, ebenfalls.
Schöner kleiner Hafen, tolle Häuser, viel Kunst und Gärtnerei.
Kann nur empfehlen, darüber zu lesen, auch über den Zusammenhang mit Kurt Tucholsky.
