We were lucky enough to find an empty cove for the night known as Blue Lagoon. When we were last here in 2012, we spent two days just swimming in this amazing cove. ... the sign and it was 20 mins till the next ferry. We are lucky again.

And then we arrived at the apartment.
So the first thing we did is go for a walk around town.

Want to know why I love this place because of a couple of things, first wherever you walked there is either rocks or beaches near the water for climbing and swimming.

... The rest of the group hadn’t noticed that so I mentioned it to the Guide and she allowed everyone that was interested to have a look for a few minutes.

After that we continued through the Croatian countryside towards Split. Even in this part of the country, there was evidence of bullet hole damage on the sides of some buildings. ... to the fortress on top of a hill. It was from here that we could really take in the beauty of the island.

We descended, and tried to find the restaurant that we were supposed to meet our hostel mates at. We couldn't remember the exact name, just that it sounded like "miserable."
