After much thought and a little bit of planning, I'm about to start my 90 day solo adventure through south east Asia. Departure day is finally here! I fly out from NYC to Bangkok, a 17 hour direct flight,on Monday, January 16th. My plan- subject to change ...

Country hopping from Bali to Singapore, up to Malaysia and back into China with the sole purpose of not seeing anything of value in any of the countries.

I'm now blogging from the shangri-la rasa sayang, we moved from the golden sands, stayed there on 2 prior occasions and wont be going back. Service is non existent and they do a great job of making you feel invisible, no one smiles, I thought at first it ...
