... lovely, and owned a big pool out the back and 3 little pet parrots paraded around the grounds squawking contiunally..... El Huacachina was like a little oasis...palms, pools, parrots all surounded by these quite enormous sand dunes.

The last few days have been spent relaxing in the tiny oasis town of Huacachina. We stayed 3 nights at a fantastic hostel called El Huacachinero which was a great spot and it even had a pool! Not too shabby for $10 a night.
