Well, it's been that kind of winter and the opportunity to spend two weeks away from the snow and the cold was too much to resist. So we picked a destination we'd never been to before and were interested in and off we went!

It has always been a dream to take a long drive across Canada and see the northern part of our country - Now we are living the dream! We are moving up to the Northwest Territories where we'll live and work in Yellowknife.

I was selected to go on a rural co-operative study mission to the Philippines by the Canadian Co-operative Society. There are 10 of us from across Canada going and this is a great way to share the experience.
