Felt a bit sick this morning! Not much to say other than we're very much looking forward to seeing everyone back home, but are sad our trip is over. We're now on a Virgin flight otherwise known as baby expressway as I can see 5 individual babies from where I'm sitting and they're taking it in turns to scream. Thank you Virgin for inflight entertainment! The only other thing I will say is that we're weirded out a little..we left at midday Japan time, and arrive into London at 3.30pm ...

... maze of rooms and each room had disco lighting, a control panel with TV set and two microphones. At the front desk, you'd state how long you wanted to room for (it wasn't cheap, it was £15 an hour plus drinks) and off you went singing to your hearts content!   • First try of the onsen experience; total magic; tried the outdoor version as well; fab with a clear sky, snow on the ground..unbelieavably relaxing
  • room service for dinner....best ever...they have somehow worked out how to deliver the food hot

    ... beautiful views of Mt. Fuji -- truly majestic. We got off at stop midway (Owaku-dani) to investigate sulfur pools, grab some coffee and hot buns (it was cold up here at around 3,000 feet) and soak in more magnificent Fuji views. Because of the gorgeous weather, it seems like all of Tokyo was here on this day. They sold eggs boiled in sulfur steam, and eating the hard-boiled eggs seemed particularly enjoyable for the locals.
