... when it came they were raw scallops with some tiny mushrooms and bean sprouts sitting in a sauce, indeed on a big leaf, the leaf was resting on a wire grill which was sitting across a little pot - full of hot ash and coals. The waitress indicated that I should wait 5 minutes and then eat......I waited about 10 to be sure it would be cooked properly.
