You'll want to go back! A review of Luana Inn
Luana Inn is what makes B&B's such a treasure. Ken and Erin are energetic, helpful, and really neat people, the kind you would choose for friends, and they serve an excellent start to the day! Great coffee, healthful choices with a flair for combining the saturated tastes of the local fruit with the staples of "good eatin'".My "foodie" husband and I often hiked the day away with the energy off breakfast.
Our room had an amazing view, giving the impression of Kealakekua Bay being all for you. Captain Cook wishes he were so lucky! Being naturally active, we actually found ourselves "hanging out" in our room and in the common room- another activity only found during vacation!
The Kona area was our favorite on the island. The Ocean views, fairly easy hikes, and coffee plantations reaching up the mountainside were continously refreshing. The rainforest of Hilo was nice, but there were as many plants represented on the Kona side, without the mosquitos, and loss of panoramic views.
Believe me, you'll want to go back! .
