Would not do it again.... A review of Regency Hotel Miami

Bus Driver from Airport was friendly and give us tips on the City the Port of Miami..The Young Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful .The Restaurant, that was open late, had no food...very limited selection..no hamburgers, no french fries, no salad, no ice for the ice tea???...THEN in the middle of the night all HELL broke loose, guests came in on our floor at 12:00 midnight being very loud, quited down in about a hour ONLY to start up again about 2:30 AM and go on until about 4:00..yelling in the halls, banging, throwing things (or people) against the walls and the phone was out of order???couldn't get the front deesk, couldn't get an outside line, nothing.. Finally about 4:30AM things quited down, phone still didn't work...We did report the incident to the Managers desk in the morning..Got a Sorry about that..and the phones go out often (I thought this was America 2004, and Downtown Miami at that).. OH WELL, WON'T DO THAT AGAIN..There has to be a Hotel in Miami that has Food in the Late Restaurant..Phones that work all night and Guest who arrive late will have some respect for those guests already in their rooms, that might be sleeping at 12:30 to 4:30 AM..that just might be a no brainer..
