Would NEVER stay here again. A review of Millennium Hotel St. Louis
We checked into the Four Points by Sheraton St. Louis Downtown on May 16, 2003. We were hard pressed to find a good deal on a room because there was a big trade convention happening at the time.We paid $102/night for a standard non smoking room with 2 double beds. This was the government/military rate.Thinks I liked about the Fourpoints by Sheraton in downtown St. Louis:Our check in experience was quick. It was a busy afternoon, but we did not have to wait long to be served. The desk clerks were courteous and professional. Our first room smelled of urine. We returned to the front desk and were immediately given a new, better smelling room. The location was tops. They're located directly across the street from the Arch.Things I did not like about the Fourpoints by Sheraton in Downtown St. Louis:They did not have valet parking. They did not have high speed internet access. The rooms are tiny. Our first room smelled or urine. The towels in our bath were extremely threadbare and rust stained. The faucet in the shower/tub was difficult to operate and turn off. They charge for local calls and toll free calls and every other kind of call imaginable.
