Worst sleep at a hotel...EVER!!!!! A review of Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites
I was sent here on business alone, and would have preferred a single bed, but I got two. It turned out to have some convienence, as I needed the other 2 pillows from the extra bed and the one in the closet to pad my rock-hard mattress. Pillows were limp and added to my near-week's worth of stiff muscles and neck. The heater kicked on and off all night, waking me up constantly. I will bring ear plugs if I ever have to stay here again, or endure the 2 hour commute every day from my home. I wished they had more than Boston news channels, CNN, Bloomberg, and HBO. I was bored when I was around.
On the good side, it was clean, and maybe due to the fact the room was intended for more than one, I had plenty of towels, and they provided me with a free toothbrush with paste and mouthwash when I told the front desk I had forgotten my toothbrush! Awesome. And having fresh-baked cookies at the desk is pretty cool, too. I wish I could rate it better, but my non-sleep really messed up my working/waking time, and that's the most important time of all.
