Worst hotel experience ever A review of Hualapai Lodge
Made a reservation to stay and most important to have a tour of the Grand Canyon West rim and the river. It seems they quit giving tours the day before we arrived and refused to give us one even though it was a part of our understanding of our reservation. They are in the middle of nowhere and it was time consuming to drive the 110 miles to the dump from Flagstaff.
I am most disapointed with the Native Americans and their attitude and total lack of sensible business practices. They may have been here frist but they are way last in business ethics, courtesy, keeping their word, keeping their reservations. They just don't have it. I wonder what they would do if the Dept. of Indian Affairs would stop sending evry one of them a quarterly check. What would happen if they had to run a hotel like a service business. Don't go.
