Worst experience ever A review of InTown Suites Denver East
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The suite was advertised as fully equipped. In fact, the closet had no hangers, the bed had no blanket, the shower had no soap dish (you had to put the soap on the floor of the shower), there were no dishes, utensils, glasses in the kitchen or in the bathroom. There were no hand towels, and the one towel provided was threadbare and skimpy. The icemaker in the refrigerator was broken and made noises every half-hour. Obviously, there was no iron or coffeemaker.I had originally booked the room for four nights, I obviously was not going to stay the whole time. When I went to check out the following morning, I was told that I owed the full amount and could not receive a refund. In other words, I had to pay for all four days, even though I only stayed one. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had this happen.I was given a customer service number. When I talked to the regional manager. He confirmed that I could not receive a refund, but he would be glad to bring hangers in from his home, because no room was supplied with hangers and/or a blanket. This place is a joke. I am pursuing action with my credit card company and will follow-up with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office, and may take other legal action if this issue is not resolved.
