Won't be going back to this hotel A review of Four Points Boston Logan International Airport

Lots of complaints about this place, first, they run your credit card thru for the deposit without telling you nor telling you how much.. found out from my bank upon our return. Second, it's only got two restuarants, one of which is good, but closes at 2pm.. threfore, you are subjected to the Japanese SUshi Bar.. this is the room service menu for dinner as well.. NO THANKS.. The Chicago UNO next door has great food... it saved us. But this meant no room service for dinner. Third, we had a terrible experience with them, we had booked a smoking room, but were moved the second day due to a malfunction in our heat/AC unit.. they gave us a key to this room in the basement, dark, small, worse than the origianl.. we complained, and were sent to a room they made smoking... the fire alarm went off within an hour, the maintanence man came up and said he "adjusted" it... right... the next morning, it went off again, this time it was too early for MR Maintanence Man, so the Revere Fire Department responded, woke up the entire floor, embarrased us. I complained and was comped for one night.... day three, it happened at 930 at night, again, here comes the fire department.....we just wanted to get out of there... it was the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel... very uncaring... did I mention NOT ONCE did the manager respond to these alarms???????Nope. won't be going back to any of their hotels. DH
