Within walking distance from everything A review of Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour
My wife and I escaped from having to stay at the English Inn after reading their bad report on Trip advisor. So we had to book last minute the night before at Quality Inn. WE HAD A BLAST! I would'nt say Quality Inn is an upscale place as there was an open hole in the ceiling by our room and the walls are a bit thin so you pretty much hear all those around and above you...not good if you are a light sleeper..On the positive side, my wife and I were really impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and how housekeeping always kept everything stocked. If you want to be central to everything in town, this is the perfect place. We walked everywhere in town from our hotel and never needed a car for seven days (we took a bus to Buchard Gardens though). Pacific Rim Pizza is around the corner and makes killer pies. Try the Mexi Meat. OOOOOh Yeah! We ate their twice. Best places of all time (and we ate alot) were The Curry House and the Thai restaurant right next to it. We never felt ripped off at any time while dining so it's hard to find a poor place to eat there. Be prepared to spend some duckets for food anywhere you go though. Victoria is not cheap. If you are looking for upscale try The Chateau Victoria next to the Quality Inn or The Empress. But Quality Inn was a great place to crash for us.
