Will never return A review of Lahaina Inn

The first thing you have to do when you check in, is to sign a declaration that your payment is non-refundable if you leave the hotel early - obviously the Lahaina Inn is aware of their customer satisfaction level.

When we booked to stay at Lahaina Inn, it was advertised as a B&B. When we turned up, we found that they had stopped providing breakfast!

Our room was tiny and the bed was very small. The room was not very clean. If we could have left and got our money refunded, we would have done so.

Some people like the old look of the hotel. We found the cramped conditions claustrophobic and tried to minimise our time in the Inn. It was impossible to get a reasonable nights sleep in such a small bed.

This accommodation was by far our worse in a three week stay in Hawaii and we regret staying here. Obviously hotels vary in quality and size, but given the rates that the Lahaina Inn charge, I would expect a much larger and cleaner room.
