Will never, EVER, stay at the Inn A review of The Westin Houston Downtown
I reserved a room in this hotel in June 2004 for a conference that I was attending in September 2004. After my calling the hotel on several occasions thereafter comfirming my reservations, less than a week prior to my visit to Houston, the hotel calls to tell me that the hotel is overbooked and they can no longer accomodate my previous reservations. The management team was very rude and unprofessional in explaining to me my limited number of options. This whole ordeal was managed very poorly and it is a horrible reflection on the hotel for them to just give my previously arranged reservations to someone else. That shows me that they do not value me as a customer! If I am ever to return to the Houston area, I will never make plans to stay at the Inn at the Ballpark due to the unprofessionalism of the staff!
