What's going on here? A review of Ramada Plaza Minneapolis
My husband and I stayed in this hotel one Saturday night while moving our son to his apartment in Minneapolis. The room was spacious and very clean, but there were significant problems. There was a great deal of noise in the halls. We heard a large dog barking and continual shouting and loud talk (including frequent obscenities) and doors slamming. I called the desk to complain at 11:30 pm and was told that dogs are allowed and a guard would be sent to investigate. About 15 minutes later the noise stopped after a final spewing of obscenities. We indicated this incident to the desk personnel in the morning and received very little reaction. This occurred on the 2nd floor. While checking out we overheard a woman who had stayed on the 7th floor complaining of the same types of incidents - noise and doors slamming from 11pm to 3am. She also received only a vague "sorry" in response. I know we'll never stay here again. There are many better hotels in better locations in the Twin Cities.
