Weekend at Ibis Old Town A review of Ibis Praha Old Town
I stayed here for 2 nights on a lads weekend away and found the place to be average. The receptionist on booking in was quiet rude and rooms were small but adequate for what we were looking for - ie a room to sleep in. Thought the place to be reasonably clean although 2 small towels between 2 people was ridiculous.
The building is new and in bright althought there is a lot of building going on nearby and we were woke each morning to the sound of jack hammers.
Breakfast was poor.
The lifts seem to have a life of their own.
One of our party was moved on from sitting in the lounge because he "had to order something to sit here".
Having said all this we got more or less what we paid for. Bit overpriced, we could have done with better breakfasts and less noise but it did the trick. Location is good (even if none of the taxi drivers know where it is).
