We loved this place!! A review of Forest Villas Hotel

My son and I arrived here on a Friday afternoon. We were on a "just to see the snow" weekend adventure. We were very impressed with the hotels' lobby. The grounds looked very nice as well, despite being the dead of winter. The staff were all very friendly. We had a king suite that included a whirlpool spa, fireplace, sitting area, and a seperate bath with shower. Hotel not too large, just right. Towels were very soft and plush. The hotel seemed rather new or else extremely well maintained. The morning breakfast, included in the price of the room, was more than just a std continental. There were fruits, juices, bagels, eng muffins, mini muffins, cocoa, milk, cereal and oatmeal, boiled eggs and sausage. There was a waitress that pretty much waited on us-very friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast and proximity to the Gateway mall. We dined at Wildflower Bread Co. the night before, but there were several other places as well, in between shopping. All in all, this was a great visit leading to Flagstaff for lots of snow the next day. BTW, we slept until 9:30 the next morning, the fireplace by the bed on a cold night was awesome!
