I've stayed at a couple Courtyards by Marriott in the past few years and have overall had really good experiences. They're obviously not super-luxury hotels but are very nice for a chain/business hotel. This was no exception. We had a really nice room overlooking the lake and could see the gorgeous sunset from the room. Everything was really fresh, clean and new - especially the bathroom. Also, had lots of space. The hotel is really close to the downtown/shoppping/dining area. We didn't do the breakfast, instead went to Penny Klues Cafe down the street - probably the best breakfast I've ever had! The city of Burlington was a really nice surprise, I wasn't expecting it to be so cute and full of great shops and restaurants. If you're touring the Northeast, this town is a must and the hotel is perfect. My only complaint is there aren't balconies or a patio off the bar - it would have been nice to sit outside and watch the sunset.
