Unexpected Surprise A review of Sheraton Columbus at Capitol Square Hotel

I recently had a business trip to Columbus and was in search of a hotel. Most of the reviews for most of hotels were mediocre at best. Because of the location of the Hyatt at Capital Square, I took a chance. At first they said that they rate was non-refundable but after some back and forth they changed the policy. The hotel lobby is warm and inviting. The rooms are pretty much standard Hyatt - carpet seemed new, bed was pretty comfortable, pretty much what I expect for a Hyatt. What impressed me the most, however, was the level of service. Everyone, from the bell staff who got me a taxi, to the waitress in the restaurant, to the waiter at the cafe right outside the hotel (I believe also associated with the hotel) was about as nice and helpful as I could have ever hoped for. So, for this reason (and the location), I recommend this place. I am a Gold Passport member so maybe this got me a nice room, but if you have business at or near the capital building, this is pretty good.
