We used some points to stay here on arrival from London - we enjoyed Cambridge last time we flew into Boston.

The hotel is not just a long way from everywhere, but the travel links are very poor, either to Downtown Boston or even to Harvard Square - it's definitely taxis only. The hotel advertised a Shuttle Bus service, but this is really limited and not particularly helpful.

On arrival, there was a wedding taking place (actually there seemed to be 2 or 3 weddings) and although we had specifically asked for a quiet room we had been put in a room directly next to the party. The staff were actually very good, getting us a room away from the noise, but from the hotel's atrium set-up I think we were one of the lucky ones.

The room was okay, a bit grotty with a bed that could be folded up into the wall - this compounded our view that this is an events/conference hotel - they probably use the room as a small meeting room when required.

Overall, probably good for large parties, but not so useful for travellers, tourists or even single business travellers.
