Typical Service Of A Place Everyone Wants To Go To A review of Myrtles Plantation
We revolved our whole vacation around staying at the Myrtles. We made reservations for the first week in June 2003.We arrived at around 3:00 to check into the Ruffin Stirling room,we were told that the bed had a broken bolt from the previous night and that we would have to stay in the cottages away from the house. They did not offer us a discount or try and put us in another room,or even offer us to sleep on the floor in our reserved room. (NOTHING!!)I was ticked that a broken fifty cent bolt could put a damper on our vacation, but the worst part is they could have cared less wether we stayed or left. And to add insult to injury they said it was not even possible for us to look at the room that we were supposed to stay in.JUST A WORD OF FRIENDLY ADVICE IF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SCARE YOU THE SERVICE WILL!!
