Treated like family! A review of Sheraton Arlington Hotel

My sister, husband and I arrived on 4/4/04 and departed on 4/6/04. This was not a pleasure trip, rather, a medical emergency. We had come to Texas seeking a 2nd opinion from the renown Dr. Dicke regarding my sister's recently diagnosed breast cancer. Instantly, upon arriving, we were taken under "Joe's wing," ( the tall and bald shuttle driver), who provided wonderful services and friendliness. We fell in love with PK, a hostess in the hotel rest. who even shared her personal cell phone # as we departed--wanting to keep in touch! We met the manager, also a cancer survivor, who went out of his way to make us feel at home! We will be forever grateful for the hospitality and service we received--it made a very stressful time in our lives much more bearable. We felt as if we were leaving family behind when we departed!

A MUST STAY KIND OF PLACE!! With gratitude and love, Melanie W.
