I stayed at the hotel for about a month while my son was in the hospital. The rooms are very dark and dreary and exude a strange smell. The bathrooms were not cleaned right and taking a shower was no fun either. The service is horrible and you can never find a manager on duty. A fax was delivered one week too late and our message light was on permanently. We received a package after we ckecked out and I had repeadedly told various managers that I would be by to pick it up. There were post-it notices about it hanging everywhere. As soon as the package arrived, they sent it back (it still has yet to arrive to the return address and it's now 1 month later). The elevators are way overdue for inspection and when I mentioned it to one of the staff, he said, " I can believe it." This hotel seriously takes advantage of the fact that they are so conveniently located to all the surrounding hospitals- otherwise nobody would stay here. I cannot believe it received so many positive reviews. They must be strategically located fakes.
