Toronto Townhouse -- Annex A review of 213 Carlton Toronto Townhouse
We stayed in the Annex townhouse for 6 days for our third visit to Toronto. The house is located in the "Annex" section of Toronto, which is not often mentioned in travel books/articles. The location is also known as "Little Korea." The house is located 1/2 block from Bloor and is new with bright modern furnishings. It is about 2 blocks from the "Christy" subway stop and about 10 blocks from the "Spandina" stop. We stayed in the Clinton suite and found it very nice and roomy. The floors are bare wood and, thus, the house can get noisy from three other suites (each room has a tv and radio, but no phone or internet connection). There was no breakfast other than coffee or tea which you make yourself. We were given the option of continental (no extra cost) or breakfast (extra cost), but there was no continental breakfast. We walked several blocks on Bloor to a "Second Cup." Frank and Tan are very friendly, helpful, and generous hosts.
