Too many days A review of Ramada Plaza Minneapolis
My boyfriend and I stayed here for six nights on business in the Twin Cities, and although it was clean and the room was quite big, the walls are paper thin. In the course of our time there, we encountered spurts of loud neighbors.
The work out room is awful. The equipment is either broken or just hanging on. The pool is short, but you can swim some laps.
There is a bar downstairs, and we had a nightcap one night there, but the ambience was kind of stale and not too cozy. I think this is because the hotel caters to a lot of conferences and events, and that is their main crowd.
On the upside, there is free high speed internet in the room, the beds are big and comfortable and there is easy free parking. There is also great access to downtown which is a plus.
After price shopping in MInneapolis quite a bit before landing on this hotel, I would say that as long as you can book the room under $100, it is a good safe bet.
