Three Diamond, My A**! A review of Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour
I recently made the mistake of putting my staff there during the Brier - NEVER AGAIN! The front desk staff were rude to me (over the phone) and my staff (in person) and denied receiving my authorizing fax even though my staff could see it sitting on their desk behind them. When my staff pointed it out, they were repeatedly told that it was not my fax and it was to do with another matter. Manager John Liadaklis has terrible customer service and the bad (vendictive) attitude from him works its way down through all the staff - they are mostly rude and "dense". Every time we dealt with them it was a struggle. It is like they went out of their way to make my staff uncomfortable. Messages didn't get put through to the rooms...voice mails mysteriously "disappeared". The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and there was no communication - so we dealt with the same issues over and over again. Stay away for business or pleasure - it will raise your blood pressure and ruin your vacation!
