The good A review of Desert Pearl Inn
A few weeks ago, my wife and I wrote a review of our experience at the Desert Pearl Inn, located in Sringdale, UT. At the time, we indicated that our stay at the Desert Pearl Inn was fantastic, but after we checked out, we received an extra charge on our credit card statement for a missing pillow that we had not taken. We had also mentioned that we had repeatedly tried to have the problem corrected but had not received a response from the owners. Since posting that message, we have heard from the owner, Robin Palmer. She informed us that she had not previously heard of our complaint. She immediately reversed the charges on our credit card. We are satisfied with the resolution of this problem and would like to reiterate that the Desert Pearl Inn is by far and away the most attractive and enjoyable hotel that we have ever discovered in the Utah redrock country. It is incredibly refreshing to find huge and artfully decorated rooms that in no way resemble "the motel chain mentality." In addition, the scenic views from virtually ever angle are spectacular.
