Terribly Rude A review of Conrad Miami
the rooms are top-notch, but the showers flood terribly! it's also a little nerve-wracking to get to the ground floor. one must use one elevator to get to the lobby then another one to get to the street. then to use the pool one must walk to another building and take an elevator.
upon check in i was told that they would waive parking fees. however one evening when i got a parking ticket stamped for what i thought was "gratis" it turned out that the stranger at the front desk had turned his cheek to that and i was asked to pay at the parking garage. we went and spoke to him on principal really, and he said that he would "stamp it this once but next time there is a fee for parking!"
of course people say some funny things, but this was just horribly rude we thought.
oh well, never stay here. better off at the more established hotels.
