Terrible would be giving it to much credit A review of Quality Suites

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hawthorn Pittsburgh for New years eve it was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel.The problems started from check in to check out.They had a shuttle service to and from station square on the internet they advertised the shuttle service till 1:45 am the gentleman dropped us off and said the shuttle ended at 12:45 am.We did the tick tock rock thing and as it ended we made our way back to the designated area and arrived at the area at 12:30 am we waited for a shuttle till 3:00 am on the corner where we were expose to get our shuttle everytime the shuttle made it to our corner we where expose to wait the shuttle was already full at 3:00 am the shuttle arrived again and already full the gentleman said that he was not coming back anymore and you had to find your own way back to the hotel so we tried taxi's and had no luck by this time we saw the Radisson hotel shuttle and pleaded with the driver to get us back to Greentree we got the Radisson hotel and had to walk a couple mile down the road to the Hawthorn at 3:30 am in the morning on a two lane road with no sidewalks.We complained when we checked out to managemant and all they did was make up excuses to us and other customers.I would not refer anyone to stay the Hawthorn in Pittsburgh due to the way the treat there customers.I do an extensive amount of traveling an stay at many hotels and I never was treated so poorly at any hotel like was at the Hawthorn Suites Pittsburgh.
