Stayed there for years A review of Hilton Fort Worth
I have attended conventions for ten years in downtown Fort Worth. For at least five of those years I have stayed the weekend at the Radisson Hotel since it is across the street from the convention center we use. They have valet service which I don't use, but they have underground parking for guests which is nice. They also let me leave my car there on the last day that I stayed, even though I had already checked out. They don't pressure you to use the valet service. The staff of the Radisson has always been extra friendly to me. They are always there to offer help in unloading my baggage even when I do not need the assistance. They were also helpful in answering questions that I had about tipping. Three years in a row I had the same person help me take my luggage to my room and three years in a row he was friendly despite being tired. I have only once experienced behavior by one of the staff that I considered rude. The rooms are average, not necessarily worth staying there without some kind of discount, which I always have. Once I got a suite at the discount price and it was okay. They need to redecorate, in my opinion, not because things are in bad repair, but simply because the decoration is a little dated.
