Simply BAD Service A review of Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel

During the stay I was surrounded by parties that continued well after midnight. If your looking for a hotel with comfortable beds, quite rooms, and clean sheets, this is not the hotel. Your subjected to an excessive parking charge as the hotel is located in an area of town with limited parking. The hotel does provide a parking valet service that will promptly misplace your car for a daily charge of $19. Don't bother expecting Mr. Jeff Roike to assist in reciting any of the problems you might encounter. The hotel mantra of “Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction” is simply words to this hotel. They cannot even get an itemized bill out to the guest. I have found Mr. Roike adept at dodging ant responsibility, including the direction of Mr. Barry S. Sternlicht, the CEO of Starwood properties. Quite simply you’ll get better service at a Motel 6!
