Shuttle never arrived A review of Vagabond Inn Executive SFO Airport
Our stay at the Vagabond Inn SFO was miserable from the start. We were left waiting outside at the airport on a cold and wet February night for an hour and a half for the hotel shuttle, which never arrived. We called the hotel three times, having to scrounge up change for the pay phone, because there was not a courtesy phone, as we had been told. We waited at the hotel shuttle stop, watching all the other hotels pick up their guests. After 1-1/2 hours of shivering and three calls to the Vagabond, we gave up and called a taxi. The Vagabond didn't want to refund us for the taxi fare, didn't believe it cost us $14, and were not very apologetic. We'll choose other hotels in the future.
