Should've Listened to Other Review A review of Quality Inn & Suites Denver International Airport
This is one of those "you get what you pay for" hotels. The rate was approx $67 - a great deal for a Denver airport hotel - so I disregarded the negative review already posted here and reserved anyway. Stood and waited 12 minutes at check in while the front desk worker chatted on the phone with her supervisor about the days problems. Though she did say "sorry about that" when she finally took care of my check in. Pool was broken. Room had a strange smell - bed was very uncomfortable - soda machine on our floor was not working. I don't pack shampoo in our overnight bags anymore - I'm just so use to the hotel having complimentary shampoo. Not this hotel. Even went to the front desk and they said sorry - none available. On the bright side - the rate was great, the internet connection worked fine- the ice machine was also working and the room seemed clean. We've stayed at many many hotels - from Motel 6 to Ritz Carlton's and this was my least favorite of them all.
