Should Not Be Called a Resort A review of Jupiter Beach Resort

Jupiter is a wonderful place to visit but has limited 'on-beach' options. the beach was nice w/ many shells & few people. each morning the turtle patrol marked new nests. walking n was a fishing pier and inlet for boats. Resort staff was major problem as they seemed not happy to work there beginning with valet personnel to check-in staff & outside attendants. You will need to know places to go & eat on your own as resort staff are no help or give wrong directions. Pool is not exceptional & closes at 7:30 each evening & no personal chairs, umbrellas or coolers are allowed on their beach. a good choice was driving n to dubois beach or s 10-12 miles to singer island to ocean reef beach park which is free & has lifeguard & bathrooms, showers & cool swimming/snorkeling inlet. A hilton is also there so if rates are close I'd go that route. Ocean view on N side was really nice but again each housekeeping left us short of necessary towels & any requests seemed to be imposition. Eat at loggerhead cafe <3pm which is just S. Jetty's has earlybird special @5pm & fishing there.
