Shameful A review of Red Carpet Inn

What a dump!! My wife and I have been doing quite a bit of traveling the past few years and this was far and away the worst place we have ever stayed. The check in process was very slow and conducted by people who had absolutely no people skills. The room appeared to be clean, but was poorly maintained. The light fixtures were just about to fall off the walls, numerous patches in the drywall were clearly visible and TV reception was poor. The bathroom door was damaged but not properly repaired, just painted over. The result was a door that would not stay closed unless one was willing to stand or sit with a foot against the door. Day two was no better. After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, we were unable to get in our room, the electronic key would not work. Unfortunately, that meant another trip to the front desk. There were 10-12 people in line already, many with the same problem I had, and only 1 slow, uncaring person to help us. Could not wait to leave.
