Service is sorry. A review of Millennium Hotel St. Louis

The location of this hotel is great, but that is the only thing it had going for it. Parking was to far away, and cost $15. a day with additional costs everytime you leave and come back. Bellhops were friendly, but to busy to be helpful. The desk staff was slow. As were the elevators. I wondered at times if they had 2 of the 3 turned off. We had to wait 10 mins for an elevator. The room was small, and had a condom wrapper under the chair. Yuck! Not a place I wanted my 4 yr old playing. The restuarant, calls itself one of the best in the city, had one waitress, was way over priced, and had a very limited menu. Didn't even include a salad with meal. Had to ask for refills and more bread. When I returned home I discovered that they over charged my debit card. The when I called them, they were very rude and blamed the mistake on my bank. Overall, the hotel has great opportunities. The location is prime, but the service is just not there. I will not stay at this hotel again.
