Security not the best A review of La Quinta Inn Tampa Near Busch Gardens

Exterior corridors. Did not feel safe walking them alone. Witnessed a person asking the clerk behind the desk what room someone was in. The clerk did not understand Spanish and the person asking only spoke Spanish, so clerk showed this person a copy of who was staying in the hotel and what room they were in. Also, while sitting at the pool, two people approached us and wanted to demonstrate some perfume products which they had in their vehicle if we would just come to their vehicle.

Unsure what these people were selling, but they apparently came in off the street.

Had a flyer on the floor in the room when we arrived from "Italian Express Pizzeria" - do not order food from this restaurant. Food was terrible. You would think that if management would permit this restaurant to distribute their flyers in the hotel, the food would be good, but it was not. Apparently management has never eaten the food.

Great deal on Busch Garden tickets through this hotel. If you purchase tickets at the front desk, they are $50 total and you receive a coupon from the hotel for a second day free at Busch Gardens.
