Scenic Strasburg Inn A review of Strasburg Village Inn
Due to really bad traffic on U.S. 30 in and around York, we arrived late at the Inn. Our room key was taped to the front door. Our room on the second floor was nice, comfortable and clean. There is a small sitting area at the top of the stairs with a coffee pot and snacks. Private bathroom was good size. We typically do not stay at b&b type inns because Judy a) refuses to share a bathroom and b) had a bum knee and stairs are extremely painful. It has been replaced (the knee, not Judy). The Inn shares the building with a country store where breakfast is served. You order anything you want off a full breakfast menu. During the day, the country store packs 'em in as an ice cream shop. Behind the Inn in a separate building is a wine store with local wine tastings and sales. We stayed three nights.
