run down, horrible service A review of Harrisburg Airport Inn & Suites

I called for the shuttle 3 times and they left me waiting at the airport for nearly an hour. When the shuttle arrived there was a red flashing light on the dash and a beeping sound. The driver assured me I didn't have to worry, there was nothing wrong with the brakes. When we arrived I understood why they weren't answering the phone - the only desk clerk was outside smoking. The lobby TV was loudly playing a telenovela in Spanish. The restaurant and pool were closed. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and I would not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. A piece of the bathroom cabinetry was falling off. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to.
