Rude Service Staff A review of Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown

Got a room with no internet access, although they claim that all their rooms have it. Had to call reception three times until they finally sent someone upstairs to check it. And guess what - there was ethernet (internet) port. So they told us they will move us to another room and asked me to go downstairs and take care of it. I got downstairs and they told me that they have no other rooms available yet that they will call me soon. 1/2hr later they called and told me that if anyone took a shower they will charge us another $25!!!!!???? and hing up on us! - very rude. A few minutes later theit accounting manager called and claimed that there was a ethernet connection - asked us to double check again. After I told het that on of their receptionists cam over to check and found no connection - she just said "OK" and hang up. They NEVER said anything like "we're sorry for the inconvenience", "we apologize"... nothink at all!!! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE. I always stay with Holiday Inn but this one I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
