Quests or Airline crews? A review of Garden Inn & Suites

I must say after finally getting the shuttle bus to arrive at Federal Circle, to pick up my wife and I, we where very upset, waiting about 45 minutes. Then when our driver showed up there must have been 75 flight crew members on board. He was very friendly and express to us he was sorry for arriving late. As I can see this hotel rather flight crews to be pick up first. When we arrived I noticed that this was the Sheraton Hotel that I was looking for, it looks the same great lobby, but what did the Crowne Plaza do to this hotel, all but change the name? Any way when getting off our shuttle I noticed that the airline crews didnt even tip our driver. I think that maybe someone handed him 2 dollars, we had alot of luggage and our friendly Driver turned out to be the Bellman.

After waiting for these rude flight crews to check-in, we where finally able to check in . Our driver/bellman helped us to our rooms and his radio kept going off with some one yelling to pick up a crew, I never seen a hotel like this before. I remember coming here in the past when it was a Sheraton, the food was great, but this time at the "Crowne Plaza" the resturant wasnt even open. We had to eat in the bar with the same rude, foul speaking, flight crews that was on the shuttle bus. Our stay here was very unpleasant, and come to find out in the morning, we where on the shuttle bus with even more airlines crews, to go back to JFK. This whole experiance was like the twilight zone.
