Poorest service EVER Received A review of Safety Harbor Resort and Spa
Last Christmas time I purchased a gift certificate to be used by my fiancé. The spa was more than willing to take my money but after that we were never able to get even adequate service. Phone calls were either transferred to no one or were met by an answering service that required us to leave a message to have a call returned. The call, of course, was never returned. When we were finally able to make reservations, making several concessions that made their job easier, we were forced to make changes for personal reasons. While we gave more notice than necessary they were unable to accommodate us. Due to their poor customer service we have a great deal of stress trying to make alternate appointments. Basically putting a black mark on what is otherwise a very happy time. My advice to people is if you enjoy using this spa please don't rely on their customer service for any special occasion. They are the most unaccommodating, rude and disappointing customer service staff I have dealt with in my personal life. Since they have so far refused to return our money or accommodate our needs we are donating our certificate. Hopefully they will treat the recipient with more affability and with the respect that a true service company should show.
Poorly done people, very shameful.
