Poor customer service, good location. A review of Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel

The Sheraton is fine, not great. I paid extra for a business class room that was supposed to include breakfast and afternoon drinks. Problem is, it is hidden away on the third floor. When I finally found it the door was locked and my key would nto let me in. What a waste. Also, when I tried to check out a day early they would not let me because I had booked the room on the internet. The room was nice, but they didn't have any WiFi!!! In Silicon Valley?!

I had to pay for an expensive cable connection (which was not included in the elevated rate for my room). Finally, I left a charger cord for my laptop in the room and have not been able to get the housekeeping staff (who speak little english) to respond to my calls to get it back. I did not think anyone in this hotel was trying to make my stay better. Next time I will go to a different hotel, the location is the only attraction here.
