Poodle Club of America A review of Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis

position of the hotel o.k.,rooms clean and functional housekeeping good. some of the front desk staff inexperienced in dealing with overseas visitors some better than others but in general poor. the shuttle was our main problem. we chose the radisson as it advertises a shuttle, however it is irregular and unreliable and is unavailble more than available. the drivers were friendly and helpful. our party were shocked by the indifferent manner of the front staff. on numerous occasions we were left stranded with no way of getting hom, and on one occasion were left late at night (after 10.30) with no shuttle or taxi - in the end we had to make our own way back to the hotel. in all honesty we could not recommend the radisson for overseas visitors unless they hire their own car and little or no support from the hotel. some of our party were swedish they were horried by the 'lazy and indifferent front desk staff' (swedish quote) sorry to be so negative but to continue to offer facilities to overseas guests they must sharpen up, i would say in general europeans have a much higher standard than the americans if the radisson is anything to go by. i hope this constructive criticism sill be useful.
